Atocha Skycraper (2010), mentored by Alberto Campo Baeza
This project addresses the possibility of building a skyscraper in the center of Madrid, opposite the Atocha station. The skyscraper would have a height of 300 meters and contain housing program, officinal and trade.
skyscraper structure consists of four major communications centers, and a profile that tapers as it rises in height. These twists also compartmentalize the various programs (at the bottom that do not require sunlight: museum, leisure, shopping center, the central body goes to housing, the upper housing and the highest area of luxury homes) and also differ in material and opacity, making it disappear in height to reach practical view structure. These twists are those containing a plant-giant truss suspending leather structure immediately lower, so it is virtually transparent plant (except for the four cores) which is intended for leisure, meetings, conferences, heated pool, depending on the program to serve).

la estructura del rascacielos se compone de cuatro grandes núcleos de comunicaciones, y un perfil que va disminuyendo a medida que sube en altura. Estos quiebros también compartimentan los distintos programas (en la parte baja los que no necesitan luz solar: museo, ocio, centro comercial; el cuerpo central se destina a viviendas, la parte más alta a viviendas y la zona más elevada a viviendas de lujo), así como también se distinguen en material y opacidad, haciéndola desaparecer en altura hasta quedar practicamente vista la estructura. estos quiebros son los que contienen una planta-cercha gigante de la que se suspende la estructura del cuero inmediatamente más bajo, de modo que es una planta prácticamente diáfana (excepto por los cuatro grandes núcleos) que se destina al ocio, reuniones, conferencias, piscina climatizada, según el programa al que sirva).
